The breakfast was an absolute highlight, featuring golden malted waffles cooked to perfection. a stained bed throw raised concerns, and the manager's demeanor while dealing with issues was disappointing. The pub’s seafood menu was also misrepresented, as fish and chips was the only option available.

The charming garden area was lovely, while the bathroom cleanliness was quite disappointing.

we loved our stay at george inn! the staff were all excellent, friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. our room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. the location is quiet, surrounded by lovely community vibes. enjoyed a fantastic meal at the restaurant, the veggie sunday lunch was great!
